Returns and Refund Policy

We make our soaps and bath oils in small batches. We do not accept returns, refunds.

If our service is unsatisfactory, please contact us at abithasoaps@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.

Request you to address any discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your shipment with pictures attesting to the damage or discrepancy.

Please note that OhayoByAbitha reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the package/product is considered damaged beyond the point of recovery to warrant a replacement.

We use recycled carton boxes for our couriers. Thank you for helping us reduce landfills.
